i was uploading a ppf thru the ftp directory...and in the halo pc directory i saw a ppf called "pelican.ppf"

I figured that this was a ppf to enable use of the pelican by swapping something with the pelican model and using banshee physics...one of the vids or another (i think it was hacking halo 3) showed someone piloting a pelican so it must be possible somehow...neway, the problem was that since i was using the upload user, i couldnt download it! WTF??? is it really a mod for driving pelican, or not??????????

ps also i saw one called "wraith.ppf"...driving wraiths too?????????

dude thats really easy just switch the hex offset of the warthog to that of the pelican when ur allready in it so then u will be able to fly it

u mean like run the game, get in a worthog, minimize it, edit the hex and go back to the game?

No, save your game while you're in a Warthog, close the game, THEN change the 'Hog to a Pelican.

I think it's kinda stupid to make a pff patch of 1 thing changed and that everyone already knows how to do...

make shure that there is NO passenger when u save and u gotsa go past a checkpoint i think and if u have a gunner he fires the pelicans chain gun i wonder if anyone can model a halo 2 pelican with the door gunner and the chain gun on the nose and the landing gear that would be awesome (to see the halo 2 pelican get the E3 gameplay deminstration)

yea sry abt this its just this is all new to me, i only got HPC recently and I never new abt it b4 that cuz i wouldn't have bot a mod chip

yea u can pilot the cove drop0ship but the camra is shit...stays right behind the dropship and makes it impossible to see
