User activity has been at an all time low lately... and I've been considering having the place shut down/merged with files. Please vote honestly on what you think should happen... but keep in mind, files will still be around and you'd probably enjoy it. I don't think the poll will end up in favor of the idea.. due to the fact that practically everyone thats around now is a loyal users forum goer... and is probably anti or at least semi anti files. Trust me, I'd like to keep the place around, but its just not worth it at times when people hardly do anything anymore. Files is where its at... and a merger/shutdown would be in the sites interest. I'm not saying anything will happen... this idea has been in the air for months... but its just good to know what the community thinks if the time comes. If you want my personal opinion on the matter, I think they should be merged. A unified forum would be best... and hopefully it'll happen before Halo2 Vista comes out... because thats when user activity is going to sky rocket. So let me know what you think... thanks.

I don't have anything against the Files Forum, but I like how the Users is just quieter. If the forums were merged, I don't think I would be nearly as active.

No offense but I think the user forum doesn't serves it's purpose anymore.

Yes, I do think it should be merged. However, this would pose a problem for those banned on Files. Then again, why should we cater to the misbehaved? I say go for it.

i have nothing against the files forum
but i like the quiteness of the user forums

I kinda like the Files Forum, but the Users Forum is whats keeping me at Halomods. It kind of keeps things at peace, if I want to go to a place where I feel like going in and rating/testing mods and maps, I go to the Files Forum, which I sometimes do. But if I want to just chill and help a few people and post senceless things in the Cafe, I go to the Users.
Plus I'd have to be stuck with a few people I completely despise that go to the Files Forum

It would suck to be Merged with the File Forums, I like the Forums just how they are.
