So, it will be released about 68.4 % into the year of 51318.

In other words, Halo won't even exist then.

hmmm....Perhaps Bungie told them to hold off releasing the tools until after we heard that Halo 2 would be released in fall, that way it would occupy us more while we waited for Halo 2?

Then again, mayby Gearbox is just having a tough time getting all the updates for the editor tools to fit into the update program...I'm sure that if my original idea about why it hasnt been released yet was true I would have already been attacked by lots of Bungie gnomes and Spec-Ops elites and carried off to be tortured for discovering the plan.

yes, gearbox has finished the HEK on their side. i've talked with the devs. this is so. now its in microsoft testing (god help us)

i really can't say any more than - look for it within the next 3 weeks.

...for testing it so much, who cares, we want the release...they can fix it along the way.

The microsoft testing formula :

Microsoft + Testing + Promised Released Date = 1-2 years past promised released date

This has been proven. The said it would be out about after Halo PC was released, and it's been 1-2 years.

well someone isnt a happy camper :p anyway. the sooner HEX comes out the soner we can make kickass maps and the First strike mod can be done.
