i think he should be banned for 2 reasons
1) COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Wow. That Lax guy is evil... He could of atleast said it was by that Jackson guy. Wait. Is it possible that Lax is Jackson? Well. Also. It does ban ip adresses. I make forums with phpbb 2.06 too so I know how it works and stuff.
