New version of WinHME released

Ok... I've finally gotten around to releasing an update for WinHME. Basically, it's both a launching application, and a good tool for finding those well needed offsets. Then again, you can also extract the bitmaps from all maps, and no longer are they in DXT or DDS format... TARGA format!!! YAY TGA! Check it out. You can find it in the usual places.

New version just released. Beta Release 2, with full batch file save and run support! (This should've been included many eons ago).
