HaloPC:Demo Offset Lists...

Post by Iron_Forge »

Offset lists for the three HaloPC:Demo maps are up on my site...I decided to redo my database for this upgrade to make things alittle more efficient...In the process, I added a Meta Size column for all objects...

Meta size is the size of the meta block...So when you go to the meta offset, you know the next <meta size> bytes are for that object, after that is some other object...

Oh, thanks a lot.

And is there any way to make Hex Workshop automatically copy the next <meta size> bytes?

Click Edit, then 'select block', and enter the number of bytes you wish to select...Then copy...

Hey, I didn't know about that select block thing. I always used to count it out, which took a lot of time. Thanks a lot Iron_Forge.

Mmm, beefy! The link to his site is in his sig, but it's still down as of now.
Good luck getting the site back up, and thanks for the meta sizes! That will be a huge time saver.
