Power Cable Call-Back

Everyone please go to http://replacements.webprogram.com/en-u ... erview.asp and click Place order and put in the required information. If your cable is in the call-back range you need to order a new one. If not taken care of you are at the risk of fires and also burns (If you touch your cable).

Ya, I got an email from Microsoft on this. Idk how they got it and knew I had an xbox. But thats Microsoft for you

yeah, mines gonna be here in a few days. i would highly recomend this new cable though cause my friend has one of the old ones and it fried his xbox and he had to get his dad to remire it

I just got my xbox a couple days before halo 2 came out, so in the Nov. 5-8 range, do you think I need a replacement?

EDIT stupid question, got mine in 2004, thought last year was 2003

Simply go to the site and enter the xbox info, it will tell you if you need it or not

What if you cannot read the information? The lettering is all worn off on mine. I have no idea if I need the replacment or not.

Your parents probably sent in the Xbox registration card so as to get whatever warranty/support they provide.
