yeh, but taht is a 3.6 GHz core, they just overclocked the hell out of it...they must have put the computer in the artic for god's sake...

well I got a 3.4ghz so If I overclocked.. hmm...
actually 6ghz barrier is like nothing new... servers that have dual Xeon processors (3.2ghz+3.2ghz=6.4ghz and then if you have high cache, and you overclock them u can easily reach 10ghz or more...)
and also AlienWare sells 3.6ghz with enough cache that it clocks at 4.0ghz.. so pretty cool

yep... ive got about 3.6 from my 1000 dollar comp [dude, its a dell] lol i had to say that.... but anyways they have to have that kind of ghz then they will need one damn good coolant AND be in the coldest part of the ice planet of Hoth while using that coolant jsut ot make sure theres no overheatin.... but thats just amazing!

I hate DELL
I got a 3.4ghz but it prob clocks bout 3.7 or sumthing...
and my computer was $800 and custom built so IN-YOUR-FACE!

Dude, when I got my custom made computer, in I believe arond july. The maker, who owned his own fucking store, said that 2.8ghz was the max core speed for the pent 4 generation... O'course I am not the master at computers so I got my mother to buy it, it was bout 890$

true, but prescott can be easily be classified as P5.
dats what everyone calls it anyway (ASUS calls it P5)
prescott= 90 nm pipeline, 3.4 and above ghz

I dont got anything against Demonic. I think hes pretty cool. I mean looking at his sigs inspired some styles for myself...
