The Arbiters are back!

I wish everyone would please stop complaining about how the Arbiters are back. Does it matter if there are a few extra people around to help moderate this great forum, NO.

Quit acting like its your descision to make and just deal with it. The staff can choose who they want to do the job. If the Arbiters get otu of line they can easily be replaced.

This is a very uneccessary arguement.

The staff decides who is deserving, not the members.

As for the hopes to become moderator, some of us, I cant speak for anyone except myself for sure, are here to help, we were chosen to be Arbiters because we are helpful, not because we want to become Moderators. Even if we didn't have the title, we'd still be just as helpful as before.

We get to moderate one single forum, which we have to log all activities we do in, which the staff oversees, we can't do anything the moderators wouldn't have done after a report.

Could we all please hold our judgements for awhile. I can assure you this is an experiment and the staff treats it as such, if something goes wrong we will cancel. I really dont see what problem you would have with it, since you (both Iron_Forge and Swamp Fox) are not moderators, the staff chose to implement this, leave the decisions to us thank you. We appreciate your concerns but understand we have it under control. I personally like the report system more than having more moderators but not many of the new people know what it is and how to use it.

No, neither is CloudStrife1100. Tjc and TSF are now, however.

o well i thaught you got rid of them becuase there not at the bottom on the user key. I think tural was doing a good job.

Hmmm..

Kirk's right, the Arbiters are going fine but some people just can't/don't want to, have that position.. So it goes to another equally respectable and responsible person..

Arbiters are always good. Sometimes, when I can't get to the forum for a couple days because of my life (Wait, I have a life?! GASP.), Arbiters do some of the work that I would normally do. It's not a method of lazyness, it's just a backup system, for if something happens to one of the moderators, and we can't get to the forum.
