I don't know anything about this but I kept reading things about some guy named bender who got banned or something, and supposedly a lot of people hate him. Maybe that's him?

[XBOX]BigAFun and [Elite-Master] are same people.But he has 1 more name that you all know him by.Anyone who mods this topic check the ip,youll see what I mean.

It probably bans the IP range. So unplugging your modem won't do anything.
