Seeing as how that emblem was only issued to people that were registered back in 2003/2004, I have no clue why you have it to be honest. I used to know why it was issued out, I_F told me, but I forgot it now... that was a couple years back when he told me.

It's for being in the IRC, That's been publically known for the past few years ;P.

I noticed that a recent wave of it has occured, otherwise only people way back when really had it.

As for the cool En04 sort of emblem Tural, I always admired that one. Not sure why I don't have one though.

Mine also wasn't awarded at the same time as everyone else, I got it quite a while later. I got it after Jul 17, 2006 (That's around when I got the skinning emblem, and my IRC emblem is after that).
