Xbox 360 Dimensions comparison with Xbox 1:

Controller (Note shoulder buttons instead of Black + White, Wireless as standard, and headset port built into controller):

(Second picture is believed to be older, as evident with the cord. Microsoft has basically said "Wireless will come standard")

Optional HDD....customizable faceplates...wireless controllers..wireless headset(rumor..can't tell from the pic)...eye-toy-like camera!

this is today's reward pic for the ourcolony thing...shows off a small portion of the faceplates that you will be able to buy...
Image
They will cover the enitre console...not just aroung the power button.

It is rumored that there were 3 'towers' at the MTV taping...like the plexi you see in the pic. Possibly showing off the 3 different options for 'bundles'.

Also from engadget
The remote!

Hmmm...that little logo at the bottom looks familar....Windows Media Center---Image
It does have a 'Record' and 'Live TV' button....DVR?

again...from Engadget
Close up of controller!
Image
Notice the plug in the middle? LIVE headset plug-in. The silver round button...with the 1-2-3-4 around it...just like the Wavebird...for selecting what controller you are...wireless confirmed! YAY!

Visual perspective...

I found all of this here not sure if it's all acurate just thught I'd share it with you guys even though I know most of you have probably seen it ...http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=900945

I didn't write this, fyi.

The Guts of the Next Box

CPU - Xenon's CPU has three 3.0 GHz PowerPC cores. Each core is capable of two instructions per cycle and has an L1 cache with 32 KB for data and 32 KB for instructions. The three cores share 1 MB of L2 cache. Alpha 2 developer kits currently have two cores instead of three.

[The CPUs are actually 3.2 GHz (not too far off). Everything else is correct, I believe.]

GPU - Xenon's GPU is a generation beyond the ATI X800. Its clock speed is 500 MHz and it supports Shader 3.0. Developers are currently working with an alpha 2 GPU. Beta GPU units are expected by May and the final GPU is slated for a summer release. The final GPU will be more powerful than anything on the market today; in game terms, it would handle a game like Half-Life 2 with ease.

[Ease is a bit of an understatement - This system could probably run Halo 2 and Half-Life 2 at the same time, considering that Halo 2 runs on a GeForce 2 and Half-Life 2 can run on just about anything.]

System Memory - Xenon will have 256 MB of system RAM. Keep in mind that this number should not be equated to typical PC RAM. The Xbox has 64 MB of system RAM and is a very capable machine.

[Likely that M$ has actually upped this to 512 MB to compete with the PS3, but this is still an ansy Rumor.]

Optical Drive - As many have speculated, Xenon will not use Blu-Ray or HD-DVD. Games will come on dual-layer DVD-9 discs. While the media is the same as that of the current Xbox, the usable space on each disc is up to 7 GB. The drive is slated to run at 12X.

[Note: This is not actually true. It is completely unknown what M$ will use, although it will most likely be HD-DVD, or whatever comes out of the anti-rivalry of Blu-Ray / HD-DVD]

Memory Units - Xenon will use 64 MB to 1024MB memory cards. 8 MB is reserved for system use, leaving 56 MB to 1016MB for the user.

[We have definite confirmation of 64 MB cards, although anything bigger is still speculation - besides, will we really need more than 64 MB?]

Hard Drive - As many have speculated, Xenon's hard drive is optional. 2 GB of the drive will be used as game cache. The final drive size is still being determined.

[It is believed that it will most likely be either 20GB, 40GB, or Either.]

Camera - Xenon will have a USB 2.0 camera. It's capable of 1.2 megapixel still shots and VGA video. Photos can be used in-game and for gamer profiles. The camera can also be used for video chat. It's unknown if the Xenon camera will allow for EyeToy-like gameplay. Developers are currently using a simulated camera driver.

[I believe that's completely correct.]

Sound Chip - Xenon does not have an audio chip in the traditional sense. Decompression is handled by hardware, while the rest of the chores are handled by software. DirectSound3D has been dropped in favor of X3DAudio. The former was deemed too inflexible.

[Certainly could be true, considering that insane amount of Processor power.]

[Notes added by HunterXI - had to keep everything up-to-date]

that would make it better than alot of PC's.. I dont think the spec is gonna be that wild, 3 3ghz dual core cpu seems highly unlikly.

Aight, now that I've got t3h specs...

OMFG!! AWESOME!!! I think the whtie color is temporary, considering the really crappy plastic that it is made out of. Thin, and to shiny. Not good for gaming. On the other hand, I imagine the controller would feel pretty damn cool with that type of plastic... I just hope the controllers don't go the way of the PS (PS SUCKS!!). You know, really heavy up front near the middle, but crazy light down in the handles? Makes balancing hard. That is what I love about the xbox 1, it had nice balance, decent size, and joystick and D pad control. Only problem was the plastic formula made your hands REALLY gross after an hour of sweaty gameplay. The plastic on that controller looks like it would make your hands really slippery if you were sweating. I think it might be pretty nice to feel even if wet though.

Hehe, I can tell mass, thin-ness, and what the plastic would be like under certain conditions, just by looking at it. :D

The xbox had a neat feature with its casing. If somethign heavy was dropped on the top, the casing had a up bent, hard plastic stretched tight top, to make objects bounce off. I watched X-play, and Mogran Webb dropped a 10 pound weight on the thing and it didn't take a scratch! PS died in the first test! TWICE! They did the tests twice to two different sets of systems! Game cube won! The xbox had a bit to heavily built in spot on the front, which if you dropped it, would pop out due to there not being alot of shielding for impacts. if you dropped it flat on it's belly, or back side it would be fine though.

But, in conclusion I think the color is just temporary.

BTW I hope they don't stick with the sucky plastic joysticks! >_< They wouldn't stick right like on the first xbox! Your fingers would slide off half the time! I wouldn't be able to play with em with my hand heel. I can bend my thumb back all the way. Double jointed :P .
Good bye.

I am impressed by the GPU, but the processors are rather doubtful. They dodge around the real power of the processors, so it's probably going to be sort of like the mac g5's dual processors, it doesn't double the power, but it's really going to be there to suplement the main one. With these specs however, it will cost up to $1000 to build, and perhaps $1200 to buy.
