Actually it's a completely different skin, the standard subsilver. All he'd have to do is switch it out.

Most forums start with subsilver on them. He replaced the skin with his own, but didn't change the name. That's why it still says SubSilver on the profile configuration page.

It took me a while to notice, but it is similar to Halo's ui scheme. Now that I see it, I'm not too sure that it was subsilver. I'll have to check.
