Well I was a Guardian for a while only before becoming Staff..so one could say that I've helped a huge mass of people; though I'm only a single chevron. I'm not sure it works purely on how much helping is done.Patrickssj6 wrote:I also helped a lot...in the past especially and I still only have 2nd chevron. 'am cry

With many people...
With knowledge of how to acquire emblems, gives you emblems.
With emblems, comes respect.
This is because new members don't have any. And therefore, the more emblems you have, the less of a "noob" to HaloMods you are seen as.
Also, people want what they can't have.

Some people on this site have one or two emblems and are respected members so does that make them a "noob"? So because you have obtained two or three emblems in the past week or two you are now not considered a "noob"? I don't think of anyone as a noob on this site even if someone acted like one I don't even use the word "noob".

With many, but not with all. As in, the ones who've just joined would see the way that my post does.Aumaan Anubis wrote:With many people...
I do not. I understand that though Cuda does not have many, he is still very much respected.
And I appreciate the, "not a flame" thing you said.

Why is it such a big deal to have confirmed meanings? It gives people something to do, pondering, discovering. If you don't want to participate, don't. When it comes right down to it, they are just emblems on an internet site (how do i clichCuda wrote:Why is it so bad to actually know what each one means?
