I am sure it's been answered many times, but anyone wanna tell me what its for so I don't need to waste my precious time to go look through this thread?

Something Forge and I implemented. Just an add on for the members wanting to sport their country. You get it by editing your country flag in your profile. Welcome back by the way. The cards emblem is believed to be earned by...I forgot actually. It was posted just a few pages back though.

I've never understood Texas. I have yet to meet somebody from there that doesn't believe that their state should be a sovereign country. I'll tell you what Texas would be without the United States: Mexico (no racism intended here).

All the same, though, congrats on your double rows of emblems!
