Ugh, we can't edit posts here...TSF is also a moderator now.

That happened quite awhile ago ;p

The arbiters helped. No question about that.. I just really hope this program does not continue the way it has. It was unorganized and rushed IMO

It was a tad. There was just so much controversy. I think going ahead and releasing it and working out things as went worked out ok.

I just don't understand why TSF made a arbiter and took Turals place.
TSF was against this in the first place. Then suddenly theres a change of mind and tural gets kicked. Then TSF becomes a moderator.
WTF.
But then that's just my unsuperior mind.

Tural was banned. TSF didn't take anyone's place. The only reason he took the job was to help out the best he could, he was against the idea from the get go.

Tural was Arbiter for a few days, then dropped and TSF took his place, this has nothing to do with him being banned.

TSF didn't take anyone's "place" he would have been made a Arbiter even if Tural wasn't demoted.

Well, didn't take his place in that sense, but I mean he just came in at the same time Tural went out.

We made TSF mod a while back. No one was 'replaced' at all. You guys said you wanted more staff, so we gave it to you. Tyko also became one don't forget. We're always looking for potential help.

I know why everything happend exept for the demotion or tural.
Tsf became arbiter because He thought it would be the best way to help people, Same reason he became a mod.

Tural got banned for some whack ass thing that im not going to say.

Just read the earlier pages. The reason Tural was banned wont be released unless an admin decides too, so you might as well drop it.

The only reason we need to demote a arbiter is if we think he dosn't fit the job description, or whatever you want to call it.

Well, obviously he asked someone who knew, or just made an educated guess.

But yeah, the ban basically is as Shout said, it may not be permanent, but until the admin body decides he should be unbanned. Not saying it's going to happen... more than likely it won't.
