Im guessing that would be Halo2 looks like one of the older ones where halo didnt come out so many halos.....Looks cool like that pic!

its not an ingame screenshot. they are one of the ODSTs [Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (also known as "Helljumpers"] these are teh guys in the books and the guys you see in the pelican. (in the 8 min E3 video)
