keyboard and mouse for xbox??

i guess its not news but i didnt know where to put it anywho

does anyone know if xbox is making a keyboard and mouse.
cause ever since halo pc came out i started sucking on halo on xbox and well if i had a way to use a keyboard and mouse on xbox that would be great especialy with halo 2 coming out. well not anytime soon but you know

hrm..... put some serious hours.... good programmin skills and a few bucks into it and you could prolly whoop up a modification keyboard and mouse
