woot ty perfect for my upcoming movie... ur in the credits as warthog skninning by newby moddder dang these are eccelent especially the canadian and the american
and for neo then u go to dothalo then open the map and the click on bitmap and then make sure if ur skinning weapons and vehicals u have mainmenu.map andshared.map and the click on the bitmap, then go to the meta thingy then click extract bitmap to the folder, then open the dd file or the bitmap in photoshop, and make sure u put the dds plugin in photoshop. then u skin the image... do whatever, if u wanna put a picture then download it then open it then cut out the part with the correct tools, then put it in the image, then merge the layers by clicking the layer and right clicking then merge visable, then you go to dothalo and make sur what type of dxt it is, then save it as that, then you go to dothalo and click inject bitmap or whatever and click on the correct bitmap or dds file, then there u go now that bitmapp is skinned and then u move on to the next one, if its a vehical or a gun its all in 1 bitmap!

Sometimes it's easier to extract the bump map (not the normal map) from dothalo. You can use the black and white to more easily edit the bump, and convert it to a normal map in Photoshop. There are a few fool-proof tricks to make them not look like crap coupled with this method, but this is all I feel like typing at the moment.

even with the bumps there still is a huge extrusion in the model and that looks even worse.
