Snow Storm Photography

Here are some photographs I took a few days when we had snow storm. (Lost 4 days of school because of it...)
Camera used: Canon Rebel XS (1000D)
Lenses: First four use the standard 18-55mm AF/MF Image Stabilization that came with the camera. Last one uses a 15-year old Sigma 70-300mm AF/MF DL Super Macro Lens. (No Image-Stabilization and the AF moter is shot.) Though, I used MF on all these shots, I prefer it over AF.

I need critique in all fields, but mostly PP, since I have no idea exactly what to do, so I just made them all B&W and adjusted the Curves. Make it a bit more contrasted.

2, and 3 are great, I like the post processing you did to them.

Numbah 2 is pretty sweet, man.
Iced over tree limbs are scary. Branches break real easy like and can cause massive damage if they hit your vulnerable spot.

Thanks K_B! :)
Yeah, I bonked my head on the branch from #2 three or four times before taking that picture, heh. Also true, though we only had a few larger branches get entirely iced over, still looks really cool.

Very nice. Though it looked more post-snow storm than anything.

I suppose it was post-storm, more of a lack of title then anything. :P
And thanks! Any ideas for different post processing methods?
