Render contrasts too much, and its not blended in well. Move away from brushes and use other materials to make your art.

font = yuk = render

background is ok-ish, needs to bend, which is something it does not have.

What is up with the border on the second one? Stick with one colour, not two. Also the second render still is not blended. The background looks mirrored over a 50% guide in the middle, I would not do that. If I were you, try to blend the render and not just copy paste it into photoshop.

background is gradient and not mirrored although it appears so and i kinda thought the border would be kinda different

Like I said get rid of that border, it is not good. Render is still not blended. Are you sure you know what I am talking about when I say blended?
