So you cropped a screen cap of a Futurama episode? Put some effort in to it.

I agree with this.
You could have at least retraced it with the pen tool. PrntSrn does not = sig.

Yucky Res, its a cropped image, and nothing really spectacular going on.
Put some more effort, maybe fix up the levels (customize) a bit or something.

A little over five minutes. Giving it 10 or so would fix up those errors caused by quickness.
Quality can be quite nice when redrawing, and doesn't take long, just cropping is generally not going to give you a satisfactory result.
