I changed the waves to white with 45% opacity, changed the text anti-aliasing to 'smooth', and stroked the text with a black border set to 45% opacity for better view.
Still blurry? Mind that I didn't want it to be super discernible. I wanted you to look hard if you wanted to read it.
Where is the option in PS to space text characters farther away from each other? Like "Hello." to "H e l l o ."?
/me can't find it.
