White reflections are off-putting at the resolution, looks good otherwise.

Very neat. Would be cool to see a multicolored version, if possible.

I was thinking of using a Zdepth to color it but I'm not sure what other methods I can use instead of coloring each object with a different material.

To be honest, the white in the picture looks like you opened it up in Paint and then just dotted randomly throughout the picture.
Also, a multi-colored one would be pretty neat.

I think it would look a lot better with some saturation/lighting changes.

Yeah, the saturation is a little high.

The immense blackness in the new one kinda ruins it for me...
