It's been a while since I've posted any of my new graphics on this site, but I recently did a simple banner for my brother's technical support website and I figured I'd share it. Tell me what you think.

Looks alright. Any shots of it on a page, to see how it works with other content?

Is this your brother? I agreed with Tural's post, but decided I'd search for his site, and this is what came up.

It looks good, but I'm not a fan of cut off shapes.

Haha, no, that's not my brother. He's 20.
Here's the banner with the website's dark atmosphere, although the site itself is under heavy construction.

Ok, I'm glad you're not related to that.

It seems like the blue sparkles should be a little brighter. Good though.

The actual banner looks really good, but when the site is overhauled whoever is designing it will want to bring it in so it doesn't just abruptly end.

I'm not sure I know what you mean. I'm obviously not much of a website designer and neither is he, but could you explain it in greater detail?

The banner should be integrated into the design, not just abruptly cut off at the bottom.

Exactly so where it meets
Here continue the image into the bottom, like finishing the circle and continuing the stars down for a bit and have them slowly fade.

I see what you mean. As I said, the site is under heavy construction, so we might end up moving the login portion and having the buttons directly beneath the banner. I suppose when the site is in a relatively finalized state we can see if the banner should then be brought into the background.

Everything outside of the blue circle should be redone. (That includes the border).

I like it a lot, but I think I would like it more if it had more motion to it. Try adding a small amount of motion blur, leading to a center focus point.
