It's not horrible.
Just find a different render.. preferably a real render (meaning, not a cartoon). Make sure it has a bit of action to it as well. From there, blend it into the sig a bit and post it.
Hah, I'm feeling the oldschool. You wend a little overkill on the dots, but it's looks nice overall. Needs a border though.. I used to abuse this style.
