The obvious smudging kills it. Smudging is ok, but if it distorts the render too much, it doesn't work out so well.

I don't know why, but I love it.
In fact, for the hell of it, it's not smudged enough. Cut it down to a HM approved size and it'd be even better (not saying this because of the rules, I just think that those dimensions don't work for the sig).

EDIT: Text has to go though. It doesn't fit at all.
