Interesting Sig

I recently made this sig really quickly because I wanted to see what I could do in Photoshop. I know this is nothing huge but can someone give me some feedback on what they like and dont like about it?

The text and the masterchief don't seem to fit right. The background is interesting and could come to make something really good, IMO. I'd get different text and use a different render.

Filters: Bad.
Text: Ugly.
Background: Doesn't make sense.
Image: Upload it to Imageshack, not HM.

I agree with GIR here, Trash the Filters, and nothing really flows anywhere.
