I think it's a pretty good concept, could use some improvements on the shape as a whole though.

For a second I thought it had something to do with the beach until I read the topic name again and realized it was lights not tides.

The edges are horrid. Switches off between feathered and clean cut, and has random debris around some parts of the edges.
