Calling people nerds on the internet makes you cool, it's a proven fact. Also, make sure you tell them that they have no life, for extra cool points.

Try Gimp. It's very similar to Photoshop, and is completely free.

Let me end this:
Nothing REQUIRES tutorials, but if you want to end up making something good, you're going to have to read a few eventually.
Also,
Paint.NET is another good, free program.

Well, you can't expect to get a graphics program that will be professional and everything will be so 'easy-to-use' to the point that everything will be force-fed to you, and will be easy. Art requires some actual talent, and you need to develop that, not expect to just all of a sudden just download it and be able to make amazing graphics all of a sudden.

What do you mean is EASY? What are you trying to say? You want something to draw it for you?

What Voltage said. You don'y need tutorials. BUT THEY HELP. Read and read and you'll get better, I must have seen over 150 tutorials on different subjects.
