Hm wait. You could just tell the moderators and admins and other important people how to do it. Then they'd have a special avatar that would be stylish and everyone would be jealous. And they would want one. But then again people will probably start PM spamming you to get the tutorial from you. If you don't want to be harrassed by nubs then you should go ahead and submit it. But I myself would like to keep cool things I found out a secret. Sorry if I didn't help I just think either way is o.k.
or you can just show me how....

Pro's:
-You will contribute to the community
-You will see everybody using these
Cons:
-Some people claim they learned it themselves or are taking credit for it
-They do not talk to you again or talk shit about you
Who knows.

How about this..
It's a sharing community, much like the open source community that gives us linux. What if torvalds kept secrets.
Your avatar was oversized!

Well I'm planning on doing a LongPic tutorial, since you need to add a lot of blending options, and I probably can't remember them all on the spot in a video tutorial.

VA= vivid abstractions
and if he's posting the template, it has to be .psd cause then you could edit the individual layers in photoshop to your liking

why dont you just post the layer style in stead of doing a long tut
just post the layer style's file and tell ppl what folder it goes in
that simple

Please stop hijacking my thread. Besides, based on your signature, I doubt this spiked avatar tutorial is much good anyway.

The quality of your signature shows me something about your graphics skills. And since your signature isn't that good, I'm assuming the avatars are nothing special.
