In Fireworks you use the gradient tool to add multiple colors in text. Dont know how you do it in Photoshop, though.

You can get the trial at Macromedia.com, although if you have Photoshop I highly suggest you learn how to use it. Photoshop is more powerful.

Ive only made my sigs and templates in Fireworks.

Fireworks can do some unique stuff, but Photoshop is much more advanced.

ha, your going to get fireworks when you have photoshop and you want gradient text..

Just use a gradient....
