New Sig... feedback plz...

Okay, i didn't like this 1 as much. have i gotten worse? lol... well rate this 1, and dont be too harsh cuz im still trying to get the hang of this.... its been a while. o well, here:
rate, suggestions, feedback, ect. is appreciated.

lol it sucks being the worst sig-maker at halomods. man i need to practice... i don't think it'll ever be like the good ol' days... where every1 else didnt use fancy terms like "render" and "bad sig!" wow....
actually, this is extremely n00by statement, but i haven't actually figured out what a render is... could you tell me specifically what it is?? i think i may understand the very little feedback that i get better if i knew what a render was exactly. </n00b>
Edit: i think i just lost the last bit of my little respect that i had for asking that question.

It's too plain. And no, I am the worst sig maker here. But it's not my fault. I blame Photoshop Elements for being a piece of ****.

i have to be the worst sig maker ever i make them in like 2 minutes but i could work on them for hours and they could still suck i dont have any fancy brushes or whatever the hell you guys use im the biggest noob ever look at the bottom sig of mine thats the 1 i made and im gunna post 1 i just made
