It's Finally Here!!!

Well, in a recent poll I started, 100% of the votes wanted me to make a tutorial on how I create my orb avatars. I decided to do this in my spare time, which I obviously have a lot of.

This is only Part 1, and I intend on releasing other parts that show different styles of orb avatars. I will update this thread as I release the different parts. For now, use this tutorial, and post here to show me your results. I want to see how you guys are doing with this.

Note: Due to compression, you will not be able to see some things in the video, like the glare. Don't worry. When you make the avatar in Photoshop, just use the settings I did in the video. You will be able to see them in Photoshop, just not in the video.

I like everything about that button except the reflection at the top left and bottom right. Maybe you should lower the opacity a little.

EDIT:

If you go to the orb layers bevel and emboss options, and set the first bar to approx. 130 you will get something like This

This is how mine turned out with my extra little trick(Bevel and Emboss, set it the first bar to 130).

Not bad, but that glare on the top left of the silver one is WAY too bright. Bring it down to 10%.
