Flood, First Strike, and Sniper sigs by Phosphorous

I wanted to try out some new brushes I got; I also experiemented with cut-outs.

(I know that the cut out isn't too clean, I'll fix it later)

The pop out render is a bit choppy where it pops out.

Yeah, I plan to fix that up. It was my first cut-out anyway.
