Meh...I always have some critisicms...
The backround is pretty good, although it's not too complex or too grungey. The render isn't big enough, because it leaves a lot of empty space in the sig. I would find another render that looks good horizontally, so it can take up more of the sig. And the render you did use, isn't blended at all.
Text: ReTrO is a good color, but I would lessen the opacity of the white outlining. I would also lessen the opacity of 'Here to Stay'.
Other than that, it's a good first grunge. Keep trying, and you will inevitably get better. 6.5/10.

pretty good, but i dont like how u blurred that background, try switching from white to black brushes on the background while making a new layer for each brush u use and fool around with the overlay and soft light
and also with the font, make the style smooth instead of none, it will look better
