Thanks for the background! Can I have an unblurred version? Flash has an inbuilt blur filter and that's what I'm using so I can always get the right amount.

:)

Anyway, I'm not sure when I can get my cheat version out, currently running into a problem with one of the permutations (it can only change colours once? wth?). Also gotta draw a whole bunch of stuff for it...But you never know, I could just release the cheats slowly as they are completed, as really, how you would you know the cheats until I release them? (Unless you won the contest and enter your name [case sensitive])

But I'll show you a pic...You may recognise the quote and get an idea of some of the things to come...But if you do recognise, plz don't be saying what it is.

PS: This isn't the cheat code itself...Its the text you get after you get the code right

Also, you'll notice the HIDE button down the bottom...I just finished it then :).

An explanation:
Rather than trying to create a capture screenshot button which will produce a screenshot of poor quality and size (so as not to rape the host server), I thought it would be much more effective to just have a hide button. This hides everything but the spartan...and my name ;p

I now believe this method is much better than screenshot...Not only does it eliminate abuse of bandwidth (by repeatedly pressing screenshot), it makes your screenshot better, you can capture a better quality shot and that really, taking a screencapture isn't that difficult (as this thread is a clear example) and only those that want the shot will take it (rather than that abuse I just mentioned)

But that sounds like a good idea. You mean like, when your not hovering over it, its transparent, and when you hover over it, it fades back to un-transparent. Right?

Sure, here is the unblurred version. Its a bit funny where the fp arms should be, (i had to clone them out), but it should be okay once its blurred.

You need to make the "left" and "right" shoulder pad buttons more clickable. I have to move my mouse to just the right position to click one.

Just an update since the previous one got deleted with the new server...

The next version will be done soon, progress is rather good.

However... The next version will not be released until I have implemented better security, I'm also taking down the current one off the server right now just for that.

Now I realise that you might see this as being overprotective (which I am), but really, after seeing that other incident, I really don't want my things being taken from me and potentially used/other people claiming its their own. I've worked for months on this (on and off) dedicated many hours of coding and drawing so I could make what I believe to be a great and fun application to use.

So I hope you guys don't really mind about me taking it down. I'm sorry...Hopefully I can get it back up as soon as possible

PS if anyone wants to help me find a good application that will prevent decompiling it'd be greatly appreciated. (via PM)
