Overall a good signature, although...

Cons :
Border(?) = If there is one, soory, I can't really see it.

Avatar is too aliased, Sig is ok. Its clean, but also a bit boring (Color wise).

It looks to me like you tried hard to make it look well-composed, but it seems still a bit chaotic to me. That doesn't mean I don't like it, though. It looks pretty good. 19/ a slightly higher number of your choice.
