The only one that pops out to me is the first one, it was well done.
However, the other ones don't say much to me. They are just.. there. They don't have any interesting areas or anything, they are dull.
Try and take pictures that make things pop out, rather than capturing an image that's just.. an image, rather than an interesting photograph. Give them a focal point, and make them appear to have direction.

i always have trouble with finding a good focal point.
Name changes are unnecessary and confusing in almost all situations, including this one. Say I wanted to find a post by Cobain, I have it in my memory that it's by Cobain. Cobain's name is changed on a whim and now I can't find any posts by him, because he has a new name, sig, and avatar. There is no way for a user to find this person, because their name was changed to something obscure for seemingly no reason. If you want a name changed, you can make a new account like that. It helps avoid confusion, and yes, it is an issue if anyone is permitted to change their name at any time, as would be the case here, and it isn't trivial. There's a reason the policy has been the way it is. No matter, though, I'm sure an admin will step in here and change it anyways, to please one person and burden the rest, despite there being no legitimate cause.
And what about people who need to find posts by you, but can't? And the staff members who keep records on users, who now have to recognize that your name has been changed? Everyone else on the site has to adapt to the name change. What you want impacts potentially negatively affects everyone else on the site. If you had emblems, you wouldn't have them on a new account, but you chose the name you registered, and you should not expect an admin to be willing change it when you registered, especially when the policy has been this way for years. You made the decision of that name, you're not entitled to a name change whenever you want. If you want a new name, you can be responsible for that with the new account. It's the price you pay for making that decision. The admins are not required to change your name, regardless of your post count or emblems. You want a new name, you can decide if it's worth it or not. You can take some responsibility in the situation, not expect it to be handed to you with no care as to the consequences of the change.
Tural is right. Changing names just causes confusion.. I've allowed a few in the past, but they were all minor, and each names the person was equally recognizable by anyway. To my knowledge, multiple accounts used to be banned to keep users to one account and to avoid bloating the forum? Why shouldn't I prune your new account, Cobain? I don't know why no administrator ever got back to you, but that's like asking your parents if you can do something you know you shouldn't, then assuming their silence was a "yes".
