I like some aspects about it.. Nothing specific, it's just visually appealing in some areas, but over-all, it's a bit chaotic.

Not really feeling this one at all. The original photograph is much more appealing to look at. His right arm seems hard-boiled like crazy, and the rectangle on the left just throws off the balance. I'm also curious is to why you named the signature "colourfulness" when it doesn't really have a lot of color. Not meaning to be harsh man, but I'm positive that you're able to make a lot better.
