Latest peice

It's been well over a year since I've started or even finished a project but finally I got off my arse to "finish" something for the TerraSpace group on dA.
Personally I hate the outcome.. it probably would have been better as two seperate images but I tried to blend it in.. worked a little bit but not as much as I was hoping.

The space scene is what bugs me the most, it shouldn't be there!
Doesn't make any sense and is just bad

Too big and dark as well..
But eh, what do you guys think?

It's.. odd to say the least. It all just feels kinda out of whack to me. The top left is cool, and the planet would be, only it 'really' cuts off. Even if the lighting is accurate, which it doesn't appear to be, it simply bothers me at how much empty black is there. On top of that, the edges that can be seen are too jagged. I do however like the bottom. It has a cool dark sense to it. Pity it's so cut off on the left as well. I think this still has a lot of potential, but really needs to be filled out. Good to see you're still designing.

I very much enjoy looking at it. The 'worst' thing I could mention is that the water appears at such an odd angle, it sorta throws me off balance.

Other than that, amazing.

It's complicated..
That image took around a month and a bit to 'finish' but it wasn't made from start to finish in that time if you get what I mean...
The clouds originally started as some mass nebula, then changed a million times.. as did the stars.. added this added that but nothing worked..
That image, although it doesn't look it, is pretty much a scrap heap of about 3 images that were made a couple of years ago.

So you could say it took over a year to complete

Probably why I hate it so much haha
