I'm making a logo for my company, and I want some advice (The company name has the word "Chicken" in it.)

What's good? What's bad? What should I change? What should I keep?

Stick to one colour scheme. Right now it has a mess of colours, and It looks like the Kelloggs logo.
Instead of just having a block colour chicken, try to make something that resembles a chicken. Make it unique.

I would start with some fat text, and turn it into a chicken.

Try a black glossy look with a chrome like trim, it might not look good shaped as a cicken, I just like that look.

Glossy is fail.
Never use that for a print logo.

You can use any color for this, but blue/yellow/red doesn't really make me want eat chicken and doesn't remind you it.
Per example use dark red - orange/maroon - yellow - grey - white

And use mid tone of each main color,yellow with orange shadows, white with grey shadows same for red, az darker red would be nice.

You can also use some color strokes.

And for the actual shape work a bit more the head, that circle eye is too somple, doesn't really look like that, add a stroke to it or makeit look like the real chicken eye with some edges and one circle for the iris, the rest is fine.
