Aliens VS combine

There was a topic made on Facepunch to make a PS3 game cover of whatever we wanted. This was my submission:

It was a short/long job.. Short enough that it was somewhat rushed, long enough that it was unnecessarily long for such a small thing.

I was going for a blue fog look, as the alien pictures I got had it, so I thought it would be fitting. It could probably go better with a bit of contrast..

I can get you a screen shot of a combine soldier.

The only thing I didn't really like was the title. I would use a different font and keep it the same for both.

I could as well. But I wasn't wanting to open up Gmod or HL2 just for a simple game case for a little game.

I accidentally put them on the wrong sides, and was too lazy to change it.

If I had to change it, I would put silver text over the text that's there, so what you have is like a shadow. Then I would select the face parts, feather the selection, and desaturate a little to make them stand out.

I realize how hard this is to do, but it's quite apparent that all of the pictures are different qualities.

Indeed it is, and indeed they are. I tried to cover it up a bit but it didn't work out so well.
