Good, no offense to the designer. But I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a t-shirt around that sports... Halo 2 emblems.

EDIT: A flat out, "You lost." would have been alot better than that.

You won.... but it wasnt THAT design that you submitted... it was a different one(s).

Alright, let me explain this a little better. This is what happened...

I got a lot of submissions... and to be honest, a lot of them sucked (no offense). G.I.R.'s submissions alone would have made the top 4 if it wasn't all from the same person. There were a few cool ones, but they had halo content in them... and after clearing up some info with Nick... we really don't want to take any chances with any IP violations (making profit off of Bungie property is well... illegal.) So in order to avoid that, we picked the only design that seemed suitable for a t-shirt... and it came in two colors as well. It's simple, but I think it really works for a t-shirt... but don't worry, there will be other HM merchandise in the future so all of you will have another chance then. Sorry for the let down... we'll post the winning submissions later.

P.S. - I was actually going to just use the top 4 as the winners instead of doing a poll... since well, things can be biased. So I think this was the best way to go... sorry.

(Cuda had the second best one... but it had Bungie IP in it... so sorry :\)

I warned you guys not to use Bungie Content in the beginning just incase something like this happened... once again... I'm sorry.

Well, the way I see it is that it is the users who are buying the shirts, so one would think it would make sense to let them choose what they want to buy. I'm fine with it though, when are you going to post the winning design?

EDIT: I just got a hold of someone inside Bungie.. I'll ask him what we can and cannot use...

Oooooooooh. Okay, that's much better. Seeing as how I spent the least amount of time on the emblems design than the others, I would have been a bit surprised if that one won

EDIT: Also, I'm going to be gone for a week starting tonight, so if you figure out whatever the prize is or whatever I need to do, try emailing me, there might be a chance for me to check it, but I doubt that. Anyway, if I can't get to it sometime in the next week, I'll definetly be able to get to it afterwards. Sorry 'bout that

Haven't gotten a reply from Bungie... so we can't use any Halo Content... we also have a prize for the winner now... a free copy of the new Black Art of Halo Mods book!

Gren's away for the week, so we'll see how things go when he gets back. G.I.R. is probably going to be selected, but I won't lock anything in until I get the word from Gren.
