Nothing too complex or anything. The backround just looks like a Filter > Render > Clouds. But considering you're not a graphics designer or anything, it's still pretty good. Nice. :)

i dont think its clouds it looks like fibers but ya itss good bsides the render its kinda wierd and wth is it? :?: the text looks kool though plain but kool
