[MOD] Modern Combat (Updated 11-6)

I'm fianlly back, I've been extremely busy with in the past months, well between school starting, sports, and relationships I couldn't seem to find time to actually get on my computer and mod, and when I actually get back on to mod my HDD takes a **** and i had to reinstall windows. (Vista RC2 this time)
Well anyway, heres the mod. (Do remember this is my first mod, feedback and suggestions are welcome)
Main Menu Image
Description: The Covenant had taken control of the Zanzibar Island Hydro-Power plant in an attempt to shut off all power to the city of Mombassa. Later that night the UNSC have sent in a group of Marines to eliminate the potential threat to Mombassa, the battle has already begun!

Changes:

The whole level has a night time feeling to it, its foggy adn theirs a night sky.
Scenery
There are two pelicans and HEVs on the beach representing the UNSC and their are Covie HEVs and other Covie tech around the base.(More coming in V2)
There are burning vehicles around the level
There are two wathogs on the beach and two ghosts inside the base, you must open the gate to get them out, but YOU CAN CLOSE THE GATE, so don't fret.
The wheel and all other machines are turned off to represent the covenants attempt to shut all power off to Mombassa.
Game play & Weapons
Their are a few minor weapon changes for realism and balance.
FRG and jackal shield added to the Covie arsenal.
BR has two zooms (2x and 4x) its single shot but does more damage per bullet.
The sniper is now fully semi auto and kills in one shot
The OFF flag and bomb spawn/capture are moved
The Neutral bomb spot has been moved/same with the flag.
The oddballs are now spread around the mad instead all at Camp Froman

The Gauss cannon is now alot more powerful but doesnt shoot near as fast.
The Human and Covie HEVs are now in their "Deployed state"
One of the FRGs was removed and a Beam Rifle in its position

The Jackal shield can now be held in either hand.
Covie batteries and storage boxes have been added round the Covies base.
There are now weapons and grenades scattered around the blown up Vehicles. (And yes, their ore covie weps by covie vechs and human weaps by human vechs)
Main Menu support is now added (The Map is named zanzibarisland)
And a few other tweaks I'm not so sure of
Suggestions and Constructive criticism are welcome.
