Well, this mod doesn't sound that great, but it is a start. I have seen far worse(so good job on that)I do not know if there is a skin or any cool effects that might make it good though. There needes to be a better discription, and more in depth. Also this is a note to everyone: STOP POSTING EVERY MOD YOU MAKE. NO ONE WANT'S TO SEE YOUR NEWB-NESS OR MAKE FUN OF YOU. Try harder next time(and come up with a name other then "Lockout mod".

Is anything skinned, or at least shader swapped. Or is it just a projectile/biped swap mod?

yea its all shader and characters and all that stuff no skins tho

Otherwise for a first mod it seems good, but i recommend not releasing your first mod, or even your second in most cases. Use them for personal enjoyment and experience, then you can move on to themed mods and new mods with things besides projectile and biped swaps.

well i need some testers i only post my mods so somebody can test them when i dont have the time to now can everybody jus stop chritizising it if u dont have anythin nice to say dont say anything

If people wanted fun mods they would make them themselves to fit there liking Yes people want unbelievable high quality mods, with a nice atmosphere... That ups gameplay experience... People playing the mods want to be in a different environment not the same with different weapons n stuff..... Character swaps are sooooo oldschool,common, and easy...... I dont think anyone gives sympathy regardless of a 2nd or even 1st mod people want quality.....
