sorry bout going off topic, but what is the dev kit thing? i have a dir called that on my xbox, never messed with it though.

those are the program files and xbe's that run XIG....but we cant talk about it here on halomods.

Wel... maybe post 2 different links then, because it took me about 5 minutes to download when it could've taken 30 seconds if it was just the sPPF.

Anyways, I was filming a vid, but the map is too dark, and I can barely make anything out.

What would be the risk in getting the .Net Framework 2.0. I mean what exactly do they do. By the way the mod sounds intereasting especially the water thing.

Truthfully, there isnt much here, besides some good effects and the maps darker. But I still like.

The sky should be reskinned because its too bright for the map.

yeah hey doesnt look to bad from the pics. tell your friend good job
i dunno if that is actually a diff sky, but i like the way it looks with the daker lightmaps
and how exactly do you reskin the skies? can anyone point me to a good tut?

Um, yeah. Useually at the end of the the bitmaps where the the scenery (like the buildings), like right after that, there is usually some bitmaps for the sky. Just skin those for a different sky.

here is just the superppf for those of u with superppf which needs the 1.1 .net framework
