Desert Combat

Made by me HOCKEY FREAK4 and with a little help of TnG MoDs
This Mod is 100% System Link
Original Map: Headlong
Map: The whole map is reskinned with a cool desert theme. Only humam weapons and vehicles are on the map to go with the Deset Combat theme.
Weapons: All of the weapons have an awesome army skin and have cool effects All of the weapons have new sounds, new damage effects, and new ammo amounts also. All the weapons are human on the map.
Most of the weapons and vehicles have been renamed:
Battle Rifle: M-16
Magnum: 9MM
SMG: MP5
Rocket Launcher: RPG
Warthog: Hummer
Scorpian: Tank
Overshield: Medic Kit
Active Camoflauge: Camoflauge
Vehicles: All of the vehicles have a sweet Desert Combat skin. The vehicle weapons have sweet effects. Only human vehicles are on the map.
Masterchief: Is a glowing yellow that looks sweet and is easy recognized as a teamate or enemy. He can also jump a little bit higher and run a little faster.
Elite: Is a glowing blue that looks sweet and is easy recognized as a teamate or enemy.He can also jump a little bit higher and run a little faster
The active camo and overshields look really cool.
At the start menu:
Leave game: Leave War
Settings: Options
End Game: End War

You I love the pics too, and it just looks great, I think. And what was the deal with that Halo 2 pics awhile back, like before Halo 2 came out, it was called like "Brigade" or something? I thought it would be sweet if Halo 2 was in like a desert setting, I was soon to be dissapointed, but this gives me new hope. So does anyone know which picture I'm talking about cause otherwise I'll feel stupid.

I know what picture your talking about, the one with master chief like stretching his legs in a desert with a scorpion and warthog driving behind him. Had that as my wallpaper for a while.

As for the mod, its one of the best desert mods i've seen for a long time. Well done!

thanks for all the feedback again

I like it, but something that would make it better is sand colored fog. You could take backwash's sky and use xbox7887s sky plugin to change the color i think.
