Foundation Domination

Loading

This patch will make your map bigger much bigger.
You must have single_player_shared.map in your maps folder.
Once you boot to multi player select the map and wait for hdd noise to stop then start the map.

YOU MUST HAVE v1.0 ON YOUR XBOX, NOT v1.1, THAT IS WHAT IS CAUSING THE ERRORS!

How to get rid of v1.1 from your xbox:
--------------------------------------------

-Go into any file explorer on your xbox, or ftp your xbox
-Go into E:/TDATA/4d530064
-Delete the "$u" folder

Then if you would still like to have the 4 new maps playable on your xbox, first download this main menu patch:

Then put the 4 new maps from E:/TDATA/4d530064/$c into your maps folder

You can do all of that, or you can get the halo 2 version switcher app thing from the "usual places"

I think this is the biggest Mp mod patch released so far....it doesnt necessarily meana good thing.....yet :) i rella have to see what the mods like now :)

this is not being pointed at you guys at all....but why must a mod be classified as good by just having things from SP? ie why do we want the scarab so much? and also eg the fuel rod gun in MP now....
i must be the outcast because i find nothing special about it (still not intending offence i dun wanna start a war here :))

But Gj all the same on making this and i will have to test :twisted:

5 meg rar mostly cause of interal bitmaps and models moving the entire index and all meta

adi + map compiler is how i do it

you cant inject models with it, thats something im still wanting to know how to do ><

the reason that things from sp are in there are because usually people would like to do stuff that cant be done in multiplayer, hence the FRG, and in my opinion, the FRG is a pretty fun weapon to have, but well, like i said, thats IMO, but anyways, if you reply before you play the mod, please also post after you have played it, so others can see what its like, and so we can have some CC. also, with the couch, we felt we needed some custom scenery in the level, we were also going to skin it, but that didnt happen (maybe in next release)

*EDIT* ahh also, scottygee, i believe you guys have released mods with the pelican and the phantom in mp lol, and those were pretty "good" werent they? lol, not tryin to start a war, just messin around

ive done everything right, but when i try to play it freezes as soon as the countdown on the multiplayer screen reaches 1, no matter how long i wait

its not a problem on my side, as i patched foundation then resigned it, and i have it entered in the main menu right

what could be wrong??

if u cant load tell wether pal or ntsc
